winter chicken coop bedding

To keep our chickens laying all winter long, we do something that many other homesteaders don’t. i’m talking about keeping lights on in a chicken coop over winter.. The thought of surviving winter with chickens doesn't have to send chills up your spine. there are only two things that are critical to a backyard flock in cold.
